Where to put thetvdb_lookup plugin?

My issue is with the UK TV Shows Dispatches and Panorama.

When these are both downloaded the season folder thats created is S30 for Dispatches and S64 for Panorama. It's my understanding that thetvdb_lookup plugin will be able to sort this for me but I'm not 100% sure where to put the plugin in my config file which is below.
